Muy buena ubicación, a unos metros de la playa, habitación amplia y acogedora, el desayuno tipo buffet muy bueno. En todo momento nos dieron muchas facilidades tanto para la entrada como para la salida
Que todo estaba en alemán, es verdad que no íbamos buscando ver la tele, pero sería un detalle para los españoles que nos hospedamos en estos alojamientos

Bien.
Las instalaciones están muy bien y la ubicación es muy buena. Había una mujer muy amable que estuvo atenta a nosotros todo el tiempo. La habitación estaba muy bien y era muy cómoda. Lo único que nos faltó fue sentirnos con un poco más de intimidad, porque se podía ver el interior de toda la habitación si no se cerraban las cortinas.
Aunque la mujer que nos atendió a la salida fue muy amable, había más trabajadores, ninguno de ellos hablaba demasiado español y parecían esperar que todos los huéspedes hablaran alemán. También diríamos que nos faltó algo más de limpieza ya que unas de las sábanas estaban manchadas. Aparte pedimos cama doble y la cama doble eran dos colchones juntados.

2019 Fuerteventura ni español ni inglés.
Las instalaciones bastante bien.
Lo más impresionante es que en 2019 fueron a montar este hotel los únicos alemanes en este mundo que ni tan siquiera hablan inglés. Podría entender que no hablen español incluso montando el hotel en España, pero ni inglés? Tuvo que venir el cocinero a chapurrearnos en un mal español, como debíamos rellenar nosotros mismos los documentos de entrada y el alta para la guardia civil. Las habitaciones bien, salvo que teniendo dos wifi disponibles, ninguna llegaba a las habitaciones, todas estaban en la recepción. La almohada es un chiste, es como si hubieras rellenado una funda de almohada con toallas o ropa.... supongo que será también una tradición alemana. Fuimos a cenar algo al restaurante a las 20:30 y mientras otros alemanes comían recién servidos, nos dijeron que la cocina estaba cerrada ( a las 20:30!) aunque creo que aquel pobre hombre prefería no servirnos que tener que entenderse con nosotros en Español o Inglés. No es que la estancia haya sido mala, pero la verdad que leyendo todo esto junto, no se si volvería, porque simplemente hay mil sitios en Morro Jable donde estas cosas creo que no pasarían...
